So the test server has all sorts of shit on it.  First and foremost if you have a character over level 10 you can create a supergroup.  All new SGs receive 36,000,000 prestige, so you can experiment with basebuilding.

You can also copy characters over from live to test.

Not to mention you can run to an arbitor and level up before you do it on a real server to test a power out.  Like that psychic tornado I bought w/ Coal that one time on test... yeah.... that thing didn't make it to the real servers.  Wink

I heart the Test server longtime. 

It's key to respec-ing.  Testing things first before applying them to your char permenently is always a good idea.
