Welcome to level 30...

"DING! You just hit level 30!  Level 30 is the home to two major cosmetic landmarks. Your 3rd Costume and Auras.

Auras
You should have Kalinda on Speed Dial in your contact list. She's the one that gives you your original missions over in Mercy Island when you first start the game. She's also the one that gave you your Cape mission at level 20. Give her a call and she'll give you your Aura mission at level 30. The Aura mission is 3 parts.

Part 1: Speak with Archmage Tarixus. Tarixus can be found on Sharkshead Isle. He will give you part 2 of the mission after a little speech.

Tarixus's Speech: I sensed your arrival, Ruby Widow. You seek to follow your destiny and show to everyone you are truly marked by the Powers for greatness. To do this you must give proper homage to the Powers, the great mystical entities who grant power to those who know how to unlock their secrets. To give proper homage to the Powers you must sacrifice arcane energies at a nexus, one of the places where the veil between this world and the mystic planes is weak.

There is a group known as the Carnival of Shadows who occasionally dabble in the arcane. They have acquired some of my artifacts in order to work their chaos magic. If you recover those magical artifacts, I will allow you to use them to unlock your energies as a destined one - if that is indeed what you are. Magical orders such as the Circle of Thorns often built great temples around nexus points in order to tap into their power and to draw energies from the Powers. Go now to find the artifacts, then offer up their arcane energies to the Powers upon an Orenbegan altar!

Part 2: Find Mystic Artifacts (Defeat Carnie Boss and Crew) - St Martial, Door Mission, Warehouse Map - Carnies are vulnerable to Lethal type damage.

Part 3: Offer Artifacts to Powers (Offer artifacts to powers, Fend off attackers) - Cap au Diable, Door Mission, CoT Orenbega Map - Find glowie alter, defeat several waves. The last wave will have a CoT boss (Succubus).

Return to Kalinda (you can just call her), Auras will be available.

3rd Costume Slot
Go to Cap au Diable and speak to the Tailor. The shop can be found on the southwest corner of the map. Go to the furthest room in the tailor's room and speak to her. She will give you a mission to defeat either 30 Family or 30 Longbow. Once you've completed the mission for her, your 3rd costume slot will be unlocked!"

Yeah so I'm lame and couldn't wait for it.  No part of it's timed (FYI), although we all know what a pain in the ass a blinky hunt can be on those Orenbega maps.  I soloed it in about 90 mins total, died twice - although only had a tiny bit of debt (certainly less debt than the xp I'd gained doing it).  If however unlike me you're not nearly completely impotent against fucking CoT orange lt. ghost mobs that you can't immobilize (and you're "squishy") and they're only taking half damage from your otherwise fairly decent dark damage set, it shouldn't be so hard.    I cranked my particle count up for these pics of course, if / when your P.C. is set to minimum it's much reduced.  :/

Yaaaaaay!  Grats!  Yeah being able to actually do more than half damage to those giant demon ghost lt's helps lots, plus for all I know you didn't even kill all the mobs!!!
