There's actually a couple different cool options available, so feel free to go and check them out in your profile section.

If you fear change and would like things to go back the way they were, you can use the Babylon theme (old default)

Yeah I really like the Amber theme the best! Thanks for the options though.

  These are the new themes:

Classic YaBB SE Theme (1.1 RC2) -- Old YABBSE users will recognize this.  Those who fear changes they've already faced can go back here.  Loads quickly.

Babylon Theme (1.1 RC2) -- This is what we were all using before today.  Those who fear change can go here.  Loads quickly.

SMC Default -- Much like Bablylon, but a little 'cleaner' IMHO.  It's what I'm using right now.  Fairly quick load time.

Amber (1.1 RC2) -- Very different multi-column layout and nice graphics.  I was going to set it to default but it's a little heavy on the graphics for small monitors, and until you've cached the graphics it can be slow.

Apollo (1.1 RC2) -- Lavender and white, fairly simple.  Fairly quick.

Cerberus (1.1 RC2) -- Gamer Dark.  Great for FPS game board veterans.  Not fast.
 
Helios_Multi (1.1 RC2)  -- Very similar to Cerebus but with a few more options.  Not fast.

Hi::Ha (for 1.1 RC2) (1.1 RC2) -- Reminds me of EGroupware.  Simple with pretty icons, this is based on Babylon.  Fairly quick.

Puzzle Theme - Black&White (1.0) -- Dirt simple, monochromatic, and fast.  For fans of blackbox.

Puzzle Theme - Dark (1.0) -- Same as above, just dark

Puzzle Theme - Light (1.0) -- Same as above, just light

Sitra Theme (1.1 RC2) -- Very simple theme that lets you change colors on the fly.  Fast.

I like the Amber one a lot myself.  

I really like being able to see how many people are using them, that's kinda neat.
