January is out, just based on reservations.  We need to book a month in advance.  I suggest an earlier time, say 5:00 - 6:00 so that it's not horribly late by the time we get home.  A Saturday, of course.  We go to Italy in February, so how about mid-March?

Yes, we do have a vegetarian menu for vegetarian guests, althought it is currently not
listed on the website at the moment. Please feel free to give us a call at 540-675-3800
when you are ready to make a reservation!

They only take reservations a month in advance, so I'll call them back on 4/21.  They start serving dinner at 4PM on Sundays, and seat in 15 minute increments.  What time do we want?   According to MapQuest it'll take about an hour to get there from Centreville (46 miles).

For times I would say somewhere between 4:30 - 5:00, so we have plenty of time to eat, digest, sober, and drive home and be ready for work on Monday morning.  I agree with Lee (discussed with her on the phone) that earlier then that and we run the risk of the kitchen not being at the height of their proverbial game.

OK - the only weekend day me and the Girlie have free anytime soon is June 17th - then July.  Uhm - what about a weekday?  I am positive we would have no prob getting whatever time then - meet somewhere at around 5 - probably get there at 7 - back by 10 - 10:30.  We do it for movies and clubbing after all.  :-D

Mapquest says an hour to get up there - which I was assuming would be 2 with rush hour - but it will take probably only one on the way back - so that gives us 5 + 2 = 7 PM to get there, then 7 + 2 = 9 PM to finish eating, then 9 + 1 = 10 PM to get home.  Sorry I didn't break my math out.

What about Fridays?

Fridays are definitely more do-able.  In May we have the 19th open, and in June the only one that is taken is the 16th (I am apparently dating a Mets Fan).  I don't know how much better that will be for reservations, though.
