This is for myself as much as anyone else, but there are currently two Hero Planning softwares available which I find to be better than the rest. Obviously the first is Joe Chott's Hero Planner which is an extension of Lil Pip's (can be found here:
http://cohplanner.coldfront.net/).
The second and the one I personally prefer is CoH/CoV Builder by Sherkhan (found here:
http://home.comcast.net/~SherkSilver/index.html).
Both of these have been updated with the new Archetypes/Powers in CoV. JC's Hero Planner does not seem to have been updated with the new Enhancement Diversification rules while Sherkhan's Builder has. I would suggest that you try both out to determine which works better for you.
