OK - so I have several jobs as GM in the character genning process.  One of the most central is making sure that your character makes sense in the game universe.  To that end, I want to provide you with some general Champions so that you know what is and isn't in the norm in this game universe.

All primary stats have the same basic guidelines.  Average is 8, talented average is 10, normal human max is 20, super-hyper-trained max is 30 (read Wolverine, Capt. America, Punisher, etc), over 30 is decidely super-human.  Some stats to vary from that formula though, as you will see below.

1) STR - generally anything over 20 really is superhuman - unless regular people can lift cars and nobody told me.  50 is brick level, 60 is sort of brick average (which, BTW - means 100 Ton lifting capacity), 75 is very, very strong brick.  Strongest published char is Grond at 90 Str.

2) BODY - not so specific here, but anything over 30 is really high.  Most characters stay in the 20 and below range.

3) CON - same as BODY - over 30 is rare and very brickish.  20 and below is normal for most characters.

4) DEX - Dexes tend to follow a pretty strict range.  Believe it or not, 18 is low for a super - you will usually only see Dexes like that on a brick or slow blaster.  20-23 is super average, 26 is high, 30 is the highest you casually see.  Over 30 and you are talking about speedsters like Kinetic.  If you want to play someone that is very accurate without being fast, nimble or hard to hit - Combat Skill Levels (CSLs) are the way to go

5) EGO - Same as Dex - although low is a lot more common since mental attacks are rarer.

6) INT - Ranges vary, although this stat does not follow the usual 8-10-20-30 pattern at all - I have seen several published "normal" characters that go past the 30's or even the 40's.  Smartest published char I have ever seen was a 50.

7) COM - As a super, you have two options here - be pretty or be ugly.  Supers are rarely below a 14 unless they are hideously malshaped - in which case, 6 or less.  If you are over 20, you should have a justification.
