I think  this is something we should do on Sunday nights.  With our arrival at 32, the blasters of the group are going to want to use their nukes for maximum effect.  If we give Mei Mei 30-60 seconds to group the mobs we can get more bang for our buck when it comes to AoEs.

Arrgggh,

I'm a pirate.

Why don't we measure it?

Also, something I thought of, but didn't post here, was that Mei Mei can go herd while everyone is getting buffed up.  That reduces 30-60 seconds to 10 seconds for the group.

Yeah, I think Dundar just doesn't want to wait around. I don't think he'd mind if I had stuff grouped up before hand. Wink

Hey now it's not that I don't want to wait around, its that, ...... I don't like to wait  Wink Really I think we could herd and it would be a good idea after all, but I'm hesitant to just herd every mission we go into. For two major points.

1 As I said before Mei Mei can line them up and Ansgar and Nath can knock them down, but then what does Salt and Abby and Jack do? (Ok Jack would buff) To make the game stay fun for everyone we're playing with I would think that we should only do minor herding and only when Mei Mei has some spare time.

2 If Mei Mei gets to big of a group then the shit hits the fan. Normally I die first when the big herd comes a running, then Salt goes right after me, then Ansgar, then Abby, (if it gets really bad) Then JoS, then Mei Mei. So how much is too much and when should we just take a smaller group? I can't answer that question but 15 purple Bosses normally is to much  Roll Eyes

Well My two reason for not herding every mission and over herding I think that the first reason is the best one, after all I want everyones powers to shine not just tanks and blasters.

Everyone's powers would shine both ways.  There will always be stragglers, and there will always be groups too small or too large to herd.  This is just another tactic in our Bag of Many Tactics, not the sole one.  Let's try it out a couple times and see how it goes.  If it fits certain situations, then we add it to our repertoire to pull out when the occasion fits, and if it doesn't, then we don't worry about it.

That sounds like a good Idea.  I was never against using herding, I just didnt want to make it be allbout The herd NOVA combos Smiley and its always good to have a bag of tactics. I like my bag to be well rounded with a hint of entrails, and should be made out of skin, :-D But it doesn't matter how it looks if you got the right skills inside. Lets give it a test do some back and fourth and counting numbers of mobs that we herd.

It's worth noting that I do not believe a single nova will knock out a herded group.  Not at the level we fight.  It's imperative that Saltire get his hold's in place, because it will prevent strays.
