So were we going to do this?

We can invite two more.  They need to be Magic origin.  We should figure out what archetypes we need to flesh out the team and ask them to play one of those.

Thoughts?

Someone talked to them, but I can't remember who and I think they didn't give an answer to us.

To someone who knows them: please ask them if they'd like to join.  If they say no, we can look for other people to play.
When you talk to them explain the team layout.  The only thing I don't think we need more of are tankers and empathy defenders.  Any other AT would be great to add.  A controller would seem to be our "need" but it'd be better if they played a class they liked.

I'm putting Joc is charge of this, as I trust her more than Mark or Larry to do something about it.... Wink

John and Dizzy may have been able to resist our wiles, but I have coerced our good friend Chip into creating a Magic origin Gravity Controller primary, Force Field secondary.  He will probably be nowhere near level 18 by this Monday, so depending on where he's at we could sk him.

Sweet.  If he even wants to XP sponge for a while and contribute with what powers he can, that would work well.

That's awesome.  Smiley  Welcome aboard, Chip! (Has anyone shown him these message boards, yet?)

BTW, I leveled Mei Mei to 18 so I'm up with you guys now.  I also bought a boat load of enhancements now that I'm 18 so I should be good to go.  Plus, I hear Tankers got a load o' lovin' this past update.  I have yet to try Mei Mei out yet, but I think it's going to be good!

Uhhhh, damn all my influence is gone changing Mag's look, heh.  So are we gonna get capes when we hit 20?  We might have trouble doing it cuz we'll need to do the mission once per character.  The mission takes 'bout 15 mins or so so we could prolly get away with devoting a night to it.  Mag needs a cape!  (not until 20 anyway though)

I can't wait for a cape!  I hope you can put symbols on em, all of us looking over the city wearing our XM capes would make for a great screen.

I have pointed Chip to the boards so he can read up on the group, dunno if he's actually made an account yet or not.

No symbols on capes, you get the same choices you get for like, um, details on your boots / gloves / outfits.  You know like tiger stripes, fire, psyche, magic, circles, those ones.  It'll put the same on both inside and outside, although you can pick diff colors for interior and exterior, so you could make interior colors both like white or black to effectively blank it.

Are capes affected by the "in supergroup" mode for costumes?  We should all match.  Smiley

Yeah capes are, just like everything else.  Doesn't much matter until lvl 20 though, I guess that's not so far off... Smiley
