So, I was talking with a friend and he was telling me about Hasten, and how it reduces recharge timers for a 2 minute period of time.

Then I was thinking about how nifty Conserve Power is, and I thought to myself: two great tastes that taste great together!

So I wonder if anyone's ever heard of using CP and Hasten together.

Conserve Power?

Yeah, it doesn't have a flashy name, but Conserve Power is pretty cool.  Basically, the already low End cost for powers is reduced further.  On Monday, I used it for large fights and I was ending the fight with 80-90% endurance availible.

My thinking is that Hasten will improve the recharge times for my core attack powers, and with CP I won't run out of End.

That sounds fucking awesome.  I'm still wondering if Hasten speeds up "rest" as well.  Cuz sometimes when I'm soloing, I REALLY wish I could rest a tad more often.

What power tree is it under?  I can't seem to find it...

Conserve Power is under the blaster secondary tree, Energy.

This is making me think more and more that Energy is the best blaster 2ndary.
