  I don't know if I'd put Amber and Spiderman together like that, but I have to admit that it's the first of your mashups I've looked at.  I'll look around some more and see if I get a better handle on what you're talking about.

  Of course, in a purely objective sense, you're just drawing comparisons between two pieces of fiction.  Considering that many experts believe that there's only one 'true story', there's a good argument for putting any two together.
