Incidentally - something you might wanna consider before you touch down - how you getting to Khartoum? There are two airports "nearby" - Aswan airport in Egypt - which is really f'ing far away - but has the benefit of not being in the Sudan, and El Obeid which is 600 km away - not so far in the grand scheme of things.
Please remember - if its a city it either is rioting, or just got through rioting depending on how tenacious its populace is. Also remember that the Sudanese army is currently ringed around Khartoum - and if there are any of Khartoumi's that can fight - they are probably not happy about it.
In other words - you guys should be decently well-prepared for a pretty shitty day when you walk off that plane - assuming you don't get shot down en route (luckily you have a pretty good pilot). Darin will inform you that he does have forces that can assist once you get to Khartoum - but getting through the blockade might be another matter. Still - he has been told that you all are good at that sort of thing.
