Crostini with Chocolate, Gorgonzola and Pear

1 baguette
4 ounces dark chocolate
1/2 tablespoon red wine
Sea salt crystals
3 ounces gorgonzola, room temperature
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and diced
White pepper

Cut baguette into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast under broiler until golden.
Soften dark chocolate and wine in a small bowl in the microwave

Arrange crostini on serving platter
Top bread with generous smear of melty chocolate
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt crystals
Divide gorgonzola and minced pear evenly among slices
Sprinkle with a pinch of white pepper
Garnish with additional grated chocolate

Warm in oven 5 minutes, serve
