Well if you haven't seen it, here's the first official, full trailer. It looks great, I think it's Unreal engine 3.

Hopefully it won't just be a shooter with a Rapture theme slapped on. Time will tell. Also, hopefully Juliet Landau is still doing the voice of the Little Sisters.
