That way you don't have a week to forget the info that theoretically was just given to you.

Well, he didn't say who marked him, I assumed it was the Green Man, since the jolly green giant was the one who sent him the dream and fucked with him. Maybe someone else sent the dream to Killian, knowing he'd be fucked.
