My concerns: Getting from 21 to 23 and getting from 35 to 40.  Without boring ourselves to death via scanner missions.

35-40 is cake.  Random shot in the dark says that 1 freakspec and 1 itf will get us more than halfway through this set.

By random shot in the dark I mean my ears have been burned tonight and I won't swear to anything, holy or not, anymore.

But seriously folks, at WORST four or five freakspecs (5-6 hours total) maximum would take us through that range.  ITF is probably worth a lot more xp than freakspecs, so throw one or two of those in and we're out pretty quickly.  That range is not nearly as difficult as it used to be.  It's almost an easy button now.
