K, so Night Widows get +acc and +tohit powers.  So none of the attacks have accuracy IOs in them.  Just 3 dmg, and whatever recharge and end redux makes sense.  I actually have 12 slots or so left over.  Mind Link can be up 90 seconds out of every 2 minutes and it has a large to-hit and defense buff.  Mink Link puts defense at the soft cap; it's going to be like a mini-Elude.  Elude comes later, and that makes everything better.

Additionally, I threw a stealth IO into Combat Jumping, so that I can overcome the perception of AVs and lower.  That way, I don't have to take smoke bomb (like what the NPC widows use).

Something I am contemplating is taking Assault and the other +damage toggle.  The boost between the two would be 30%, which would put the character at 260% damage (out of 400 or 500, not sure on the cap for SoAs).

I also put the travel powers off until almost the end.  Combat Jumping might come sooner as I want something to put that stealth IO into once I get the Widow version of Hide and Placate.  When level 24  comes along, I'm going to try and reorder the attacks so I can get some of the better melee attacks into the build sooner and pass on things like Dart Burst until later.  I need to see how the respec works before I can do that.
