Special EP

A rule I haven't playing with yet, but will probably institute after this mission is over is special EP.  All of the different races have different methods for gaining EP outside of the usual award.  One of the more obvious examples is Mages who gain extra EP by gaining a new understanding concerning the universe and its functionings.  Special EP can usually only be spent in very specific race ways - Mages for example, can only spend it on Gnosis (a stat that represents their universal awareness) and Arcanum (their equivalent of Disciplines, Gifts, Transmutations, etc).

Big thing I need to figure out is how to balance humans (that have no such bonus) with the rest of that - which is why I haven't instituted it yet.  Look for it before next mission.
