Don't forget the pirates!  I am not sure he quite makes the short list, but Victarian Greyjoy doing the sword-catching thing is pretty damn impressive.  He wins for the biggest pair at least.

Still as badass as Victarion is, I just don't know how hard it is to come off looking uber when the people you're slaughtering can't get through your armor.  I mean, really.

Dude - he caught a sword in his damn hand and snarked at the guy swinging it.  That at least gets him points for balls.  Just sayin.
