OK.  I meant funeral home.  Apparently.  I'd still like a best-guess on "if we do X, this will cause Y" though considering I don't know shit about ghosts, mages, or paradox spirits.

I gather the paradox spirits are a uniquely mage thing.  A balance to their powers.  Too much use and they elicit "counter" events elsewhere.  And ultimately, apparently, summon paradox spirits into the world. 

With great power comes great consequences, or something like that.

The mages would need to elaborate.
