Attached is an FBAA Org chart. Couple of quick notes - where a division is located in one of the three bases (NM, Chi, or DC) it is noted in parens. A headcount for each division is also in parens. Divisions that are in assorted locales are not labeled (like Interagency Liasons and IT support, for example - who have people in all locations). Most divisions have an AD associated with them, except Congressional Affairs and Interagency.
In general:
Operations - the special forces units of the FBAA. They organized into 5-man fire teams lead by a LT - three LTs answer to a Cmndr, which consitutes a unit, and all three Cmdrs answer to the AD for operations. These guys execute the FBAA's dirty work, and have many psychics in their employ. Their backgrounds range from Spec Ops to SWAT to former hunters.
CFAS (Center for Arcane Studies) - the spooky branch - they consist primarily of occult researchers, magicians, and "hedge" magicians or thaumaturgists.
R&D - If CFAS is all about mysticism and the occult, the R&D branch is about demystification and science. They have field debunkers that are used to identify what is bogus and what is real (although is there is any thought that it might actually be real, they stay home), cryptozoologists, and the black gadget shop for the FBAA.
Perception Mgmt - they are responsible for making sure that the public doesn't know things that they shouldn't - and use coercion to quiet witnesses, media men, etc., as well as enlisting R&D to help with plausible explanations. A board makes all final decision on what is or isn't allowed to be exposed.
Support Services - the admin staff that helps the agency out. Among other things, the IT staff is responsible for handling the SID - the Supernatural Identity Datamart, a joint venture between Pentacle and the FBAA that maintains the identity of every known supernatural in the United States.
Interagency Affairs - the guys that liason between the FBAA and the FBI, CIA, local PDs, etc. The FBAA has the authority to all but demand cooperation from other orgs, and is technically considered part of the office of the President. They frequently gain other gov't IDs to pose as other federal agents.
Congressional Affairs - responsible for monitoring interactions with other agencies at a higher level, and monitoring gov't action - as well as lobbying for its own interests.
Intelligence - the FBAA has field ops in many major cities (and many more mobile) that are responsible for gathering info on supernatural phenomenon and giving it over for analyses. They populate the SID.
